This national retail chain is seeking a full time Employee Relations Advisor to join their vibrant team. Reporting to the Employee Relations Manager the primary responsibility is to support and provide ER advice on matters including our clients HR policies, awards/agreements and employment legislation to the wider HR team.
This is an ER focused role with responsibilities that will include but are not limited to:
Assist in the implementation of emergency response and building evacuations.
You will maintain up to date knowledge in legislative changes relating to employment
You will assess and monitor impacts to the business and develop appropriate ER/IR strategies in relation to the brand implementation as required
You will support and develop employee relations
