Our client currently has a vacancy for an experienced telemarketer or sales support professional to join their Sydney team
If you have a professional attitude, strong customer service skills and an above average phone manner then this will be the right role and right environment for you.
Your daily duties will consist of but not be limited to the following:
- Telemarketing (sales leads provided)
- Data Entry
- Liasing with in-house departments
- Sourcing rates
- Preparing quotations for the sales team
- System Management
- General customer service
- Any other duties as set out by senior management
To be considered the successful applicant must possess the following key attributes:
- Excellent communication both verbal and written
- Strong customer service skills
- Professional attitude and presentation
- Proficient with Microsoft office & EDI Enterprise
- Very friendly and approachable
- Have worked in a similar role before or come from an operational background with a freight forwarder
- Have experience in the Australian Market
