Our client is urgently seeking a sales person to join their existing friendly team and grow the business. They offer personalised logistic solutions and ensure their customers business needs and requirements are met efficiently and cost effectively.
They are 100% Australian owned and have offices globally to ensure their customers enjoy the benefits of integrated, efficient and effective supply chain needs.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Making sales calls and cold calling
- Meeting with existing and potential customers
- Meeting and exceeding KPI's
- Presenting quotations to customers
- Addressing any service failures and or issues that may arise
- Any other duties as requested by senior management
To be considered for the role you must have the following key attributes:
- Able to work independently and unsupervised
- Impeccable presentation
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proficient in the use of a PC and Microsoft office
- A proven sales track record
- Worked in a similar role previously before with a freight forwarder within the Australian market
