Currently there is a vacancy for an Experienced Import Sea-freight Operator to join their friendly team as soon as possible. If successful your daily duties will include but will not be limited to the following.
- Splitting Paperwork
- Job Registration
- Cargo Automation
- Liaising with overseas Suppliers and Agents regarding documentation
- Monitoring Cargo Availability
- Monitoring Cargo Status
- General Customer Service
You must have excellent communication & customer service skills and an ability to identify and rectify problems before they occur to ensure the best level of service possible for your clients. Ideally you will have at least 1-3 years relevant industry experience in a similar role and have a high level of commitment to building a career within the Forwarding Industry.
Also applicants must have extensive experience using EDI system, are proactive, and most importantly a great working attitude and a desire to succeed.
