Our client, a well known Australian company located in Alexandria is seeking an experienced Project Co-ordinator to join their offshore logistics team.  
 
 
You will be responsible for: 

• Supporting and engaging with off shore logistics, international freight forwarding and customs;  
  
• Project managing and providing end to end solutions through the use of third party suppliers;  
  
• Managing third party providers in line with the agreed KPI's;  
  
• Ensuring new business commercial agreements are in place;  
  
• Capturing all issues and ensuring that they are reported and actioned accordingly;  
  
• Providing high level of Customer Service and Managing existing Accounts;  
  
• Carrying operational freight forwarding activities as required;  
  
• Assisting with the importing/exporting of shipments to ensure projects are delivered on time.  
  

 
To be successful you will have:  

• Understanding and experience in international supply chain including freight forwarding (air and ocean), customs clearance both local and overseas, warehousing (3PL) and distribution;  
  
• Understanding of Asian market specific to China/Hong Kong;  
  
• Analytical problem solving skills;  
  
• Demonstrated project management experience;  
  
• Ability to work to KPI's;  
  
• Team player and excellent communication skills;  
  
• Tertiary Qualification in International Business would be highly regarded.
