With over 25 year's experience, Wild Plumbing has the flexibility to deliver efficiently on all projects with proven processes, procedures and experience. In both small and large-scale complex projects they stake their solid reputation on delivering completion with efficiency, economy and skill. Due to the significant growth in their business, Wild Plumbing now has an opportunity for a Commercial Plumbing Estimator to join their ranks. The responsibilities of the successful applicant will include; - Estimation for commercial projects
- Project risk assessment
- Tender procurement & preparation
- Meeting Tender Deadlines
- Complying with Australian Standards
- Preparations of all documentation in accordance with company QA
The successful applicant must have; - Relevant qualifications & proven experience in a similar role
- A sound understanding of current market condition, quality control & construction procedures.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- The ability to read & articulate plans
- Computer competency including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Experience with estimating projects for commercial and major construction projects
- The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Commercially astute and experience with cost control & budgeting
