Based in Sydney's Southern Suburbs, this is an INTEGRAL position that requires good communication skills and good relationship management skills. About the role:- - Manage contractors performing duties
- Environmental planning compliance
- Ensure that KPI's are met for the client and that profit targets are achieved
- Undertake incident investigations where necessary and report back to management
- Provide weekly / monthly operational reports to management
- Perform site visits and prepare quotes for clients
- Manage all Plant, Equipment and Tooling
- Meet regularly with key stakeholders (client & suppliers) to ensure quick issue resolution
- Perform all duties to conform with legal obligations, company policy and client requirements
- Provide leadership and effective management within the business unit
- Contribute to the development of new business opportunities
Requirements of the role:- - a proven background in a leadership position
- be a strategic thinker
- display strong ethics and integrity
- will have superior verbal and listening skills
- be able to build rapport with key stakeholders
- will have previous Project Supervisor experience
- Worked within the Civil / construction industry previously
- have proven experience in estimating, budgeting and reporting
- Cert IV Training Assessment
- Ideally a trade Qualification or experience
