Due to their continued growth and success in our region, they now seek the services of an experienced Project Manager with a Refrigeration background to join their successful Australian team. In this dynamic, challenging, fast paced and pivotal role, reporting to the Manager of their Refrigeration & Air Conditioning division, you will be charged with delivering high quality energy projects across Australia - primarily to the Food Retail sector. Other responsibilities include: - Ensuring on time, high quality project completion
- Contractor training and management to ensure quality external resources
- Providing training on Refrigeration Systems to both the customers and internal staff
As the ideal candidate and to make the transition into such a challenging role as smoothly as possible, you will possess the following key attributes: - Previous project management skills within the Refrigeration/HVAC market
- Strong functional controls knowledge with one or more of the following control systems; Danfoss, Emerson, Carel, Innotech, C-Bus etc.
- Experience with providing Refrigeration systems training to customers and internal staff
- Previous “hands on” experience within the Refrigeration/HVAC/Lighting Industries would be ideal
- Strong team leading skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and time management skills
- Some form of tertiary qualification is essential eg. A Grade Electricians Licence, or Engineering Qualification
