Our client based within the western suburbs requires a Vehicle Mechanic to join their workshop based on site in Sunshine West. Our client has been in operation for 22 years and equates their success to their quality or work and ongoing commitment to excellence. Our client offers excellent maintenance support to fleet management.
You will work from Monday - Friday 6 am - 2.15 pm, with some OT for Saturday, you will enjoy a weekly Friday BBQ with you team, whilst being a valued team member within this proud and passionate workshop
To be successful for this role you must possess the below skills:
Be a trade qualified mechanic
Experience working on MAN and Mercedes trucks
Ability to perform general mechanical duties - servicing, preventative maintenance on working on truck and trailers
Prepared to be able to perform all round duties in the workshop e.g., welding and electrical skills will be advantageous
Ability to follow safety procedures and embrace safety
Must takes pride in your trade and quality of work
Be well presented and be hard working
