Luxmoore Parking Consulting is a division of ARRB Group Ltd and we seek a polished and very personable Consultant to be based in our Brisbane office. The key objective of this group is to cater to the increasing demand for specialist parking consulting services, nationally and internationally, and to provide professional and practical advice to developers, operators and owners of any type of parking facility.

This diverse, interesting and critical role will be responsible for the following:

Generation of new business for the company in the area of parking consulting;
Promotion of Luxmoore (ARRB Group) as a leading provider to the parking sector;
Preparation of bids and proposals;
Delivery of projects to agreed output, budget and timetable; and
Provision of detailed expert advice.

Essential attributes and experience (selection criteria) include the following:

Demonstrated experience in the property or account management, transport, traffic or parking industries;
Proven ability to be hunter for new customers and business.
Strong written skills and the ability to prepare complex and extensive reports;
Demonstrated project management skills;
Driven and self motivated as whilst supported and surrounded by colleagues, you will be autonomously responsible for growing the parking business in Brisbane;
Ideally already have an existing network of contacts in either the property, parking, local government, university or shopping centre industries;
An ability to understand and act upon clients issues;
Reliability, accuracy and an eye for detail;
Professional business presentation and grooming, plus
polished interpersonal and negotiation skills; and
Relevant tertiary qualifications.

The generous salary package commences at $80K - also on offer are other benefits including monthly rostered days off (RDOs), company profit share, strong support for further study and paid parental leave.
