National Novated Solutions Manager - Fleet management and Asset Finance Sydney

The Employer

My client is an international leader in the fleet management space who is growing fast in the Australia market and has some excellent clients to reference in the Sydney market. With offices all over Australia and the world they are able to give their customers the best possible solutions and their employees the most exciting working environment in the market. With new products coming into the market and an exciting injection of fresh talent, this company is an employer of choice in Australia and indeed around the world. With development plans that had been set out for 2010 and 2011 successfully implemented, the time is now here to focus on their novated offerings and a National Novated Solutions Manager is now sought based in Sydney.

The Role

Reporting to the National Sales Manager , your role will be to work with existing clients work closely to further expand the Novated solutions footprint. You will benefit from the strong relationships and reputation that this company built over the past 15 years. The company has some of the strongest fleet solutions in the market place and you will be able to futher develop the solution offering by further tailoring the Novated solutions offering. You will be backed up by an account management team that is the envy of the industry and you will work closely with them to assist in presenting the Novated offerings to their clients. Your primary target market will be Large Corporate to Top 500 corporate clients, and given this is a national role your opinion will be sought regularly in relation to product development, staff training and strategy.

Selection Criteria

To be successful in your application for this role you must have at least 5 years successful sales experience novated solutions market place. Candidates with previous novated fleet solutions experience are obviously encouraged to apply. You will be well presented and can show progression in past sales roles. You have strong goal setting and achieving philosophies and you able to work alone or as a solutions expert supporting the sales team in Novated solutions matters. You will be well networked at senior levels and able to present at C level if required in Top 500 companies.
