For many years now, our client has been a leading Manufacturer, Builder and Commercial and Domestic Fitout specialist providing total turnkey project management services to major national and international clients. They are one of the industry leaders here in Australia and are currently experiencing phenomenal growth. Due to their continued success here in Australia, they now seek the services of an experienced Business Development Manager to join their highly successful team. In this dynamic, challenging and fast paced role, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing existing high end corporate accounts whilst continually identifying and developing profitable new business relationships. You will deal mainly with Capital Works Managers at a Boardroom level with major Financial Institutions, in their Property Investment division, Commercial Property Management Groups and Architects. As the ideal candidate and to make the transition as smooth as possible, you will possess the following attributes: - Previous property industry sales experience (Commercial Fitout or Office Furniture)
- Previous sales experience at a “Boardroom” level
- The ability to put together a corporate alliance
- The ability to get to the key decision makers
- Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills
- High computer Literacy including sound excel experience
