Required for an immediate start is a self motivated person in a unique and diverse role that covers Account Management, Client Relations and also Business Development. Located in the Braeside/ Mordialloc / Parkdale locality this role requires the successful candidate to develop their existing customer relationships and initiate new business relationships within the Real Estate sector. Monday - Friday 8.30 - 5.30. Your responsibilities will include: · Strategic planning to identify new potential customers. · Selling the benefit’s and cost’s to new customers. · Providing quotes to customers for real estate orders. · Responding and managing new customer inquiries. · Liaising with the art department on new customers requirements. · Set up new customers on their online system and train staff on usage. · Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers. To be successful for this role, you must: · Have great COMMUNICATION skills. · Be corporately presented. · Be reliable and have impeccable time management. · Be able to prioritise and work to deadlines. · Have great Diary Management skills. · Have a current driver’s licence and a reliable, clean car. · Previous Real Estate experience would be advantageous but is not necessary in this role.
