The Role
  
They are presently looking for a Key Account Manager / Major Account / National Account Manager to sell their product range of premium capital equipment to Blue Chip companies within manufacturing, warehousing and distribution companies.
  
A key aspect of the role will be to bring in new business - i.e. cold calling, as well as looking after a list of existing major / national accounts.
  
Sales of the product are done via consultative selling in which you need to be adaptable from undertaking product demonstrations all the way up to presentations at board level.
  
The company has comprehensive training for products and sales methodology.
  
All client data is entered into a CRM program. The company has well developed quote templates, brochures, price lists, marketing campaigns and general policies and processes.
  
Requirements
  
Passion, Energy, Self Confidence, Capital Equipment Sales Experience and Sales success to Blue Chip Companies - if you say yes to these 5, and want to earn over $150k OTE then you really need to apply.
Other key areas for success in this role include:
  • Key contacts with major accounts
  • Solution provider
  • High level of professionalism
  • Understanding of commercial lease contracts and service contracts
  • Mechanical / technical aptitude desirable
