This well known leading electrical company is currently seeking the services of a talented and experienced Store Manager to come on board at their Burnie store. To be considered for this position you must be able to: - Coach, develop, manage and motivate a sales team.
- Monitor and achieve store sales budgets.
- Have knowledge in KPI's.
- Control store expenditure.
- Ability to effectively report on stores operation.
- Ensure stock levels are adequate.
- Ensure all administrative procedures are followed.
- Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with customers.
- Ensure all retail procedures are maintained.
- Develop customer base and profile.
A Successful candidate must: - Have previous retail management experience in a high volume/electrical store.
- Be results driven and approachable.
- Be motivated and seeking a challenge
- Mature minded and confident communicator.
- Have strong customer service skills.
- The ability to take sole responsibility
