The Crown Retail Department is currently going through some exciting changes and we are now looking for motivated, customer focused professionals to our five star team. This role will be based across the Hotel Lobby Shop, Crown Staff Convenience Store and Gazette Newsagency.
The Role:
- Providing customers with efficient and outstanding customer service
- Assist in the day to day operations of the shop, including opening and closing procedures
- Assist the Crown Retail Stores Manager with stock take and investigating stock take variances
- Operating MICROS for customer transactions and maintaining an accurate float
- Restocking merchandise and maintaining tidy and appealing merchandise displays
What you need:
- A passion for the Retail Industry
- Proven ability in a retail customer service role
- Working knowledge of MICROS operations is an advantage
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Be highly self-motivated
- Be an enthusiastic, flexible, supportive team player
- Have the ability to multi task and work well under pressure
- Be willing and able to work a variety of shifts over a 7 day, 24 hour rotating roster
