At least 2 years consistent retail experience in a luxury environment
The package:
You will be offered a starting base salary of $42k + super. You will have the opportunity to earn 10-13% of your base as a bonus which is based on your mystery shopper results. It's all about customer experience rather than strict sales targets! You will receive a generous product allowance and other great perks to the job.
