Located in Queen St. Brisbane CBD, a position exists for a well balanced retail Assistant Store Manager who is ready to take on a more senior role, who can maximise store performance in terms of customer satisfaction, sales, team building & development.  Along with controlling costs, it is necessary to have a passion for retail with the necessary drive, ambition and sheer hard work to succeed. You will lead your team from the front, developing and nurturing them into attaining your high expectations, whilst being accountable for company operating procedures, service and product knowledge to retail customers.
 
To be considered, you will be able to demonstrate:

• Previous retail management experience
• Good interpersonal skills with customers and colleagues
• A proven background in meeting sales targets
• Knowledge of stock control procedures and general administration required in a retail environment
• Experience with merchandising in a high volume environment  
• Relate well and appreciative of the active lifestyle
