We're on the lookout for an experienced, retail professional who can take our NSW region to new heights. As someone who is at home leading large teams, you'll confidently provide direction and contribute to the development and execution of retail strategy. You'll be a passionate ambassador, building effective relationships with external and internal stakeholders. Driving profitable retail sales while maintaining a focus on safety, long term sustainability, and great customer experience, your influence will be felt across the entire NSW region in this high profile role.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in a business related discipline is essential, along with senior leadership experience in a multi site retail environment. Exposure to franchising will be highly regarded.
