Store Manager - Floating Perth Area
Salary: $45k - $50k + Super, Fuel Card, Phone & Annual Bonuses
My client is seeking a floating store manager to work within a very busy retail environment. You will be required to work across 6 stores and 1 showroom, most of which are based in Perth Metro; however one of the stores is based in Albany.
Key Skills
Flexible working attitude, happy to travel to various locations when required
Experience of managing small teams of retail staff
Stock control and merchandising experience
Cash handling and end of day reconciliation of cash registers
Recruit and manage new staff
Train and develop new and current staff to achieve company targets
Meet customer expectations at all times
Essential Skills
Previous retail management experience
Intermediate computer skills particularly Excel
Basic understanding of profit and loss
Current clean manual drivers licence
Managing small teams of retail staff
Setting KPI's
Training and developing staff
This will be an immediate start for the right candidate, with interviews taking place next week.
