This successful Australian-owned retailer has a proud history of providing customers with quality products for nearly 40 years. This fast paced innovative organisation has a network of nearly 55 stores nationally located up and down the eastern seaboard of Australia. They provide specialty products; the team are a wealth of knowledge and you get an intimate selling experience when visiting one of their stores.

They require a strong experienced multisite Manager living ideally in the South East of Brisbane or Gold Coast are to provide the co-ordination and leadership needed to achieve sales targets; practice the company philosophy of providing leadership and development of its people; have an affinity and a passion for the product; analyse results on a day to day basis; and finally to ensure that contribution to profit is maximised by each store.

The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate a track record of achievement in a retail environment at multi-store management level within a minimum of 5 years, preferably with exposure to fashion or accessories or homewares. Key areas of importance include a high work ethic, a hands-on, "can-do" attitude, the use of KPI's to maximise results, a style of leadership and communication that recognises the importance of people; and a true customer service approach. You will need a gentle, guiding approach to feedback to ensure the 'family' culture is positive. You will be dynamic, innovative and love to work with the stores being top of the family tree.
