To be considered for this role, the ideal applicant must demonstrate - - a solid and proven track record of assistant management experience in retail
- footwear experience will be highly regarded but not essential, in addition to experience in fitting customers into shoes
- a high energy and tenacity
- ability to work to and drive a team to budgets and KPIs
- flair for merchandising and creating visual displays to build customer foot traffic
- a love for leading a team from the front
- a desire to further develop and grow their management skills in a retail market leader
