We seek 5 experienced sales reps for residential sales positions! Whilst a background in real estate would definitely be advantageous, candidates with a strong sales/business development background will also be considered.
Now we aren't going to lie, residential sales is a hard slog! You won't be making a million dollars in your first year, you won't be given a desk with established clients or with listings ready to sell. You will be knocking on doors (and a lot of them!) you will be making letter box drops (and again a lot of them!) you will need to bring in new business/listings and you will be working Saturdays. This is definitely not a 9-5 position!

- Previous real estate experience would definitely be an advantage
- A background in high end sales
- Business development experience
- Relationship building skills
- Strong negotiating and objection handling skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of the real estate industry
- A pro active approach and the ability to work unsupervised
- A commitment to a career in the industry
- A willingness to learn
- A certificate of registration
