An excellent opportunity exists to join a busy Albury branch as a Real Estate Sales Representative responsible for ongoing and expanding growth of their real estate business in Albury and its surrounding area.
Listing, marketing and sale of properties.
Maintaining excellent client relationships.
Achieve agreed targets for sales, listings, appraisals and vendor-paid advertising each quarter.
Participate constructively in business development programs.
Prepare and implement personal business plan, quarterly action plans and monthly marketing plans.
Maintain and comply with all professional company standards and reporting requirements.
Real Estate Licence.
The ability to accurately appraise homes, units, vacant allotments and lifestyle properties.
Sound knowledge of real estate industry.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Current drivers licence with clear driving record
Passing a Police Check.
