Based at their ACT corporate office and floating across their sites, this position will see you reporting to the Director of Projects, but acting autonomously in the overall project sales and marketing sales process - Servicing all incoming buyer enquiry
- Educating buyers regarding the projects, property investment and general property market commentary.
- Sourcing buyers through networking and strategic relationship building
- Continued communications with purchasers through to settlement
- Networking with building, construction and development sector contacts the marketplace creating, nurturing and seizing opportunities for future site acquisition, and intern off plan sales and marketing.

REQUIREMENTS The successful applicant will be provided with a great deal of autonomy, thus will need to be a self starter. You will ideally have had success in residential or commercial sales with an understanding of project marketing and property investment however this is not essential. A demonstrated track record in prestige, high end sales from another industry would also highly desirable. You will of course also be flexible, an outstanding communicator across multiple client demographics and a creative, self motivated thinker.
