Junior Property Manager
An outstanding opportunity exists for an experienced Assistant Property Manager looking to take the next step towards a successful Property Management career.

As a Property Manager, the successful candidate will manage a small portfolio of 100 properties with a view to grow with the portfolio (capped at 150 properties).

This modern franchise boasts an organised & systemised Property Management department with outstanding training which will allow you to quickly develop into the best Property Manager you can be!!

As the Property Manager your role will include:
  • Holding open for inspections
  • Leasing new & existing properties
  • Liaising with tenants/landlords
  • Organising repairs & maintenance
  • Management of your own small portfolio of 100 properties with a view to grow with the portfolio 
The successful candidate will be:
  • Have AT LEAST 12 months Property Management/Assistant experience
  • An outgoing & friendly person with a strong customer service focus.
  • Have a passion for the industry and a good sense of humour.
  • Hold a current Agents Representative Certificate, a current driver's license & own a reliable car.
  • Live locally in the Bayside
Eligibility Criteria:

An Agents Representative Certificate is a MUST (Legal requirement) 
12 months + Residential Property Management experience 
Drivers licence 
Reliable vehicle
