Our client is seeking a highly capable candidate who has at least 2 years Property Management experience with a focus on delivering high level customer service.
As an Executive Property Manager your role will include:
- Managing a high end portfolio of 185 properties
- Liaising with tenants/landlords
- Attending VCAT when required
- Organising repairs & maintenance
- Providing first class customer service
The successful candidate will be:
- An experienced Property Manager who embraces modern Property Management systems & procedures
- An outgoing & friendly person with a strong customer service focus
- Able to work both in a team environment & autonomously
- Have a passion for the industry and a good sense of humour
- Professional presentation
- Outstanding time management, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- A proactive Property Management style with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
The right candidate for this role will have strong experience in all aspects of property management & be able to take initiative to contributing to new ideas and ways of optimising the department performance.
