Our client located in Canning Vale is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager. Start ASAP in this temporary assignment that is ongoing for 2 to 4 weeks initially.

To be considered for this role you will need to meet the below requirements:

• Commercial property management experience in industrial and retail
• Ability to read, understand and interpret leases
• Sound knowledge of the Commercial Tenancies Act
• Ability to undertake rent reviews and renewals
• General administration of leases, rents, outgoings
• Broad leasing knowledge and experience
• Sound communications skills and experience liaising with tenants
• Strong MS Outlook/Word/Excel skills essential
