 A unique opportunity to fast track your career in commercial portfolio management exists with a highly regarded national property owner. Ideally, you will already be employed as an Assistant Property Manager (or similar) within a commercial environment.
Specific duties and responsibilities include:
- Assisting the Asset Manager and Property Managers
- Prepare annual budgets and recovery of outgoings for buildings and tenancies
- Reconciliations of tenancies accounts and monitoring payments relating to supplier invoices
- Manage all insurance matters including administration of claims
- Carry out rent reviews, calculations and interpretations of lease clauses
- Maintain accurate tenancy schedules and audits
- Set up documentation for new lease agreements
