As Chief Executive you will report to the Board and be responsible for the operations and meeting profit, production, safety and efficiency targets, generating profit and cash flow to secure the long term future of the business and maximise shareholder value.
You will have at least 10 years experience in operating/processing businesses with significant exposure to strategic business planning, business and manufacturing processes and systems and have operated at a CEO or General Management level. Experience in commodity trading would be well regarded. You will need to demonstrate sound commercial acumen, an understanding of business drivers and metrics and be financially astute.
An enthusiastic, motivated and driven individual, you have the ability to lead and influence across a range of internal and external stakeholders, and will embody the progressive nature of this organisation.
