As the marketing manager/ head of marketing you will hold responsibility for developing and executing all marketing strategies across the consumer and business arenas. Key to this role is the development of the CRM program which will contribute to customer acquisition and retention. As such a prerequisite for the role is a deep understanding of this customer lifecycle management. Moreover, you will be responsible for the development and production of marketing collateral as well as collaborating with external agencies. Due to the growing size of this organsiation it would be beneficial for the candidate to have had exposure to both large and smaller working environments.
