Position: General Manager
Location: Sydney
Package: 170k to 190k plus 15% OTE plus super plus car allowance plus benefits

Key Skills:
" General Management or Key Operations Management experience
" Ideally you will have experience in an engineering/technical marketplace
" Experience of implementing and creating lasting change within teams
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading 200 ASX business that has grown year on year for the last 5 years. You will be managing a team of 48 staff based across NSW, Victoria, Brisbane and New Zealand. Your budget for the area is $16 million, you will be reporting directly to the Global Director for Australia and Asia, you will be responsible for taking the business to the next level both commercially and environmentally. This will involve being critical on the current model and creating positive change within management, sales and support.
