Bayside Personnel is seeking an experienced Warehouse Outbound Supervisor to work in the Parts, Supply and Logistics team, within the Ford Customer Service Division to be based at Broadmeadows.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise Outbound operations (pick, pack & ship)
-
Supervise Urgent Order processing
-
Communicate Performance vs Target - daily
-
Supervise teams to ensure operational targets are achieved
-
Maintain daily focus on Warehouse housekeeping
-
Minimise overtime worked without compromising daily targets
-
Identify process improvement opportunities
-
Promote and Manage Warehouse OH&S practices, principles and expectations
To be successful for this position, you will have:
-
Logistics, warehousing or equivalent qualifications/experience
-
Supervisory experience - Preferably of a Unionised workforce
-
Project Management within a Warehouse environment
-
Strong leadership skills with a drive for results
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills
-
Analytical skills - preferably knowledge of Six Sigma principles
-
Ability to have a positive influence in a team environment
-
Well-developed computer skills
