Bakers and apprentice Bakers required for National bakery with southern Brisbane location.
Client is looking for self motivated individuals who have an excellent work ethic and who pride
them selfs in their commitment to making a quality product.

The role/skills/Experience:

.Pre start checklists of all equipment
.Ingredient weigh ups
.Mixing the dough sheets
.Prepares for continuing batches
.Ensures ingredient bins are full
.Records batch codes
.Cleans machinery & equipment

The person :

.Good literacy & numeracy skills
.Able to work unsupervised
.Leadership skills
.Has some computer literacy ,word,excel ect
.Previous experience in plant baking & operation of plant baking machinery
would be an advantage
.Commitment to the companies policies & values, safe workplace practices
& high standards of hygiene and quality
.Self motivated & able to work within a team
.understand of OH&S and HACCP procedures and standards

You will play an essential role in maintaining bakery products quality and upholding operational standards.
