The Senior Change Analyst will work closely alongside other teams within Business Services in the successful delivery of IT initiatives and services. This role will contribute to the understanding of end user requirements in order to best deliver or enhance the IT product or service usage.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyse complex business problems and identify, define and qualify stakeholder requirements. Contribute ongoing recommendations to optimise end user experience.
- Develop the change approach/strategy for IT solutions. Lead, develop, and execute the project change strategies through communication; training, stakeholder engagement, change agent networks, in order to ensure a smooth end user transition.
- Measure and monitor project and change objectives to provide recommendations for the ongoing usage beyond project closure.
- Enhance change management methodology for continuous improvement and alignment with strategy
Key responsibilities:
- Comprehensive knowledge of commercial & IT business practices
- Solid change management experience
- Experience in the implementation of new / updated technology within a large organisation
- Experience working on multiple projects in a global commercial environment
- Experience in providing specialist advice in a complex and large professional services or corporate environment
- Good knowledge of commercial & IT Change Management practices
- Solid understanding of the full SDLC (System Development Life Cycle)
