Our client, is a market leading engineering organisation that is looking for an experienced Project Systems Engineer.

This is a unique opportunity to join this well known organisation to assist with the maintenance and development of the Project Management and Engineering Systems plan to help the organisation achieve its business objectives.

You will assist with the coordination of various customer groups in making incremental improvements in these systems, and will be assisting with the centralised functional testing of all system changes that may impact engineering systems.

You will provide high level user support and direction on associated user, system and standards based issues with Engineers.  You will also assist with the management of the Computer Fleet (approx. 300 pieces of hardware) including defining the functional requirements of servers and specialist machine requirements for applications not covered by the standard build.

Skills and experience necessary for the role:

• Oracle skills are a must – either E-Business Suite or Oracle Project Management Applications will be highly regarded;
• Strong analysis and design skills – you will need to be able to troubleshoot a variety of Oracle software and hardware systems;
• 2-3+ years experience in Oracle applications;
• Strong troubleshoots skills in both hardware and software;
• Flexibility to move between office locations is a must for this role and access to a vehicle is necessary.  You will be based south of the river and travel office locations during this role.
