<p>Our client, a Australian mining company, are seeking an immediately available experienced internal recruiter to join their Human Resource team.</p><p /><p>Reporting to the HR Manager the position will be responsible for providing end-to-end recruitment services to the business, both professional, technical and trade positions. The duties will include full internal client and candidate management, developing networks, agency liaison, attraction management / advertising, candidate pool development, interviewing / short-listing, offer management and supporting the on-boarding process. </p><p> </p><p>To succeed in this appointment, you will have proven success in delivering end-to-end recruitment services (either within internal or agency environment), gained within the mining/engineering sector. You will be able to demonstrate strong planning, influencing and communication abilities and will display a strong customer focused and flexible attitude.
