Located on the city fringe, this niche market recruitment consultancy is seeking an experienced recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment. With new offices and a busy year already underway, they are seeking to grow their small team.

As a permanent Recruitment Co-ordinator, you will liaise and recruit for Line Managers locally and interstate, write creative advertisements, screen and assess applicants suitability, conduct interviews and manage the placement process in conjunction with Line Managers.

Key requirements for success in this role are:

  • Ability to build relationships with candidates
  • Effective and efficient use of the recruitment database
  • Ability to recruit multiple roles simultaneously
  • Effective and creative sourcing skills
  • Permanent recruitment experience

With a keen eye for detail and exposure to HR systems and/or databases, you will manage the integrity of each recruitment process and ensure deliverables are met on time, every time.
