We are seeking a strong people person who has a demonstrated track record in a manufacturing environment. This is truly a dynamic opportunity for an enthusiastic, results orientated Recruiter to join a large pharmaceutical company located in south west Sydney. As an integral member of the company your role will encompass a broad range of duties including: - Undertaking recruitment and selection of employees
- Maintaining all employee records
- Ensuring that all HR processes are adhered to in accordance with legislation
- Undertake HR projects as required
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems, policies and practices within the organisation
- Implement solutions and contribute to the success of the company
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following: - Excellent communications skills
- A solid understanding of legislation and compliances regarding recruitment activities
- Strong ability to liaise at all levels and build relationships internally and externally
- Exceptional people management skills
- A high work ethic
- Ability to work under pressure
- Be well organised with good time management skills
- Proficient in use of computers
- Solid 2-3 years hands on experience in HR in a manufacturing environment
