Your proven Sales Background and completed Degree in Business or Commerce will open the door to a fast-paced and rewarding career in the recruitment industry as as Associate Consultant working with QPL's blue-chip Banking & Financial Services clients.

Position starts in early January 2012.

For the first 9 to 12 months, your role as Associate Consultant at QPL will be purely focussed on candidate interviews, follow up and communication. Working alongside experienced Consultants you will assist them in finding suitable candidates for existing vacancies within tight time-frames. Full training will be provided. Promotion to Consultant after that time will then depend on meeting set KPI and sales targets.

We are seeking someone who can clearly demonstrate:

• a completed minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Commerce or another business discipline
• successful career background in sales, meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
• stable work history
• a genuine desire to enter the Recruitment Industry
• exceptional presentation and communication skills
• Australian Citizenship/Permanent Residency

We are not seeking candidates who would like to get into HR, as this role will take you more towards a sales stream rather than HR. Someone with a genuine interest and desire to get into Recruitment and work in a highly competitive agency- based environment would thrive in this role.
