After a record year in 2011, we are hoping to further grow our already successful engineering team.
Multiple opportunities exist for experienced Recruitment Consultants and Senior Recruitment Consultants to join a stable team, which enjoyed a 0% employee turnover for over 2 and a half years.
You will be given a warm desk and manage a list of established engineering clients. You will be responsible for the recruitment of both permanent and contract staff in the white-collar professional engineering industry.
You will be given complete autonomy to manage your desk, while benefiting from an established support system.
As the ideal candidate, you will have:
- Previous experience working in end-to-end recruitment
- Experience recruiting for the engineering industry
- Excellent business development and relationship management skills
- Impeccable communication and presentation skills
- A goal-orientated approach to work and the ability to work to targets
- The ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment
