Becks Wiggins Stokes (BWS Recruitment) is a boutique Recruitment Agency providing recruitment services to both the Permanent and Temporary markets. Operating across a broad range of industries and specialising in Office Administration & Support, Accounting & Finance, Sales & Marketing, Construction, and Health & Aged Care. We have been in business for over 16 years and have offices in South Melbourne and Clayton.

We are currently looking to hire either an experienced Recruitment Consultant or someone with a strong sales background looking to move into recruitment, for our Clayton office. Ideally you will have previous experience in the recruitment industry or you may be currently working in a Customer Service/Sales role and looking for a new career path. We are happy to consider both options. A realestate background would also be considered.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will enjoy working as part of a close knit team and will be able to proactively build long-term professional relationships with clients across a variety of sectors. You will be given autonomy to manage the end to end recruitment process and freedom to grow your desk and will have access to an extensive database of clients and candidates.

Crucial to this role, you will need to be a highly motivated can do person with an ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. You will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written and be able to work well under pressure. You must also have a sense of humour as the team has a unique way of celebrating their wins!

Ideally you will also have at least 2 years demonstrated recruitment, realestate or sales experience.
