Our client is currently seeking a suitably experienced HSE Training & Development Coordinator to establish and maintain a structured and auditable approach to Safety and environment training across their organisation.
Reporting to the Manager Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) duties will include but are not limited to:
Design and deliver a range of professional learning and development events, workshops and activities to support HSEs strategic direction.
Assist and support the Operations Team with the development, coordination and delivery/implementation of significant HSE learning and development projects and programs
Provide specialist advice and support to relevant stakeholders about HSE learning and development strategies, solutions and opportunities.
Consult with relevant stakeholders to develop and implement strategies to meet identified HSE learning and development needs of individuals at Perth Airport.
