HR/IR Manager - Perth Based
Salary $100k to $120k + Super + $16k Car Allowance & Fuel Card
My client are a global company who are expanding rapidly now within the WA market place. Due to this growth they are now looking to recruit an HR/IR manager to work from their Perth office based south of the river.
Reporting to the Group Service Manager you will be responsible for advising and reporting on HR & IR strategies and keeping the management team informed of any ER issues.
Key Skills Required
- Proven negotiation skills
- Experience liaising and negotiating with trade unions in a mining or construction environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound strategic thinking and analytical skills and a high standard of integrity and professionalism
- Management and resolution of industrial action
- Providing effective consultation and advice to both operations and projects on industrial relations issues
Essential Skills Required
- Relevant HR qualifications
- Extensive experience in ER, preferably within mining or construction
- Advanced HR & IR experience
- Current driving licence
