This well-known and home grown Australian organisation is seeking a talented OHS Advisor to join their HR team to drive and promote their Safe Work culture. With multiple sites around Sydney, you'll be working with one of the most successful leaders in hospitality. Your duties will include:-

• OHS Audits
• Developing and implementing safety policies, procedures and programs
• Risk assessments and compliance with WHS legislation
• Promote, educate and coach senior managers in workplace safety at all levels
• Return to work plans and manage workers compensation
• Reporting to the Group HR Manager and provide advice site managers

You will have:-

• A strong background in OHS/WHS and a Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety
• A self starter with confidence to bring current processes and procedures in line with relevant legislation
• Initiative and the ability to advise senior management - polished communication skills
• A customer service focus with a flexible attitude Team player and self motivated
