To be successful, you will:

• Have solid consulting experience across Development, Coaching, Culture, Leadership, and Assessment;
• Have well developed client relationships building and management skills;
• Have a relevant post-graduate degree and registration as a psychologist; and
• Be team-focussed and commercially astute.
