The Human Resources Business Partner will work collaboratively with the Heads of business and their teams to deliver their strategic business agendas with a strong focus on Resource Planning, Talent Management and Organisational Capability. The role will be a key contributor to the Sales/Marketing team, will report to the Divisional Head of HR and have access to the combined resources of the Corporate HR team. The role will involve some interstate travel. This pivotal role will provide an opportunity for an highly capable human resources professional to impact the on-going success of the business. To be considered for this exciting role you will: - Have strong generalist HR experience in a large corporate environment working across multiple business units and a matrix reporting structure
- Be experienced in developing and managing key stakeholder relationships, with at times competing priorities
- Be very familiar with the principles and processes for talent management and succession planning
- Have experience in advising on HR Policies and employment law and employee relations experience
- Be a self-starter who enjoys the autonomy of a fast paced role, and is able to effectively interact with the broader HR community
- Be tertiary qualified (preferred)
