Further to the creation of a new ‘projects’ division within the blue collar workforce department of Chandler Macleod, an exciting new position exists in our busy Northbridge-based office. Reporting to the Project Sector leader, the successful applicant will be responsible for a varied workload including: • Writing adverts for new job orders • Screening applications resulting from adverts and from within our own extensive databases • Conducting candidate phone screens and reference checks • Registering and interviewing new candidates Chandler Macleod offers a supportive and fun working environment with fantastic in-house training and career development opportunities. We are looking for a motivated, reliable and process driven individual who recognises the value of good client and customer service. The role will involve mainly administrative tasks, for which a great deal of accuracy and organisation is required. This is not a sales or commission based position.
