The Role The Small Business Management Unit requires two new members to join their business development team due to growth in this sector. Working in a consultative manner with Small Business (less than 250 employees) you will help businesses identify IT needs and educate them on the solutions available to them. Key Functions: - Identification of key decision makers within an organisation
- Provide brief introduction and overview of the company and information management solutions
- Determine if the company is a potential client due to their needs
- Identify sales-ready opportunities and relay information to the Sales Development Manager
Responsibilities: - Call into prospective customer database
- Call existing customers to gather account intelligence
- Maintain and develop the customer and prospective database
- Attend training to gain exposure to the sales requirements and processes and technical knowledge
Qualifications: - Ability to multi-task across functions
- Ability to work toward targets and meet deadlines
- Experience with Office applications and CRM systems
- Experience in lead generation and sales
- Exposure to information systems and IT solutions
