Shift Leaders work closely with our Team Leaders to assist in mentoring new staff and driving performance within the team. You will also display that you can get the job done through achieving personal targets and exceeding expectations.

Requirements:
- Proven track record of sales experience

- The ability to convey serious, important and empowering message over the
   phone to existing and potential supporters
- Experience in target based sales environments
- Be able to successfully influence and encourage team members
- Possess a great personality with the determination to succeed.

Core Full Time Hours: 
Shifts available from 11:45am to 8:00pm - Monday to Friday
